Grievance Redressal 

1) On receipt of the Issue, the support team shall acknowledge and send out a reply by email within 48 hours. If by any chance you have not received the email please check in again since a email might have gone into spam folder. if still you have not please call and check in with us incase we have not received it.

The Grievance officer upon receipt of the complaint, shall review the complaint and respond within 14 days after consulting the case. The grievance officer shall talk to you with on the subject matter and close the complaint within one month from the receipt of the complaint.
