If you have any Grievance towards the reply/resolution received from the customer care department, you can raise a grievance with the Grievance officer by contacting below
Grievance Officer –
The Grievance officer upon receipt of the complaint, shall review the complaint and respond within 14 days after consulting the case. The grievance officer shall talk to you with on the subject matter and close the complaint within one month from the receipt of the complaint.
